Submitting the Application for Admission to the Doctoral Examination

The doctoral candidate submits the written application to the Dean's Office for admission to the doctoral examination. § 12 of the Doctoral Studies Regulation lists the documents to include in the application.

The doctoral candidate submits a written list that has been agreed upon together with the supervising professor to the Dean's Office with recommendations for the readers and chair

The doctoral candidate must submit four copies of the dissertation to the Dean's Office, which will remain there.

During the doctoral studies process the doctoral candidate must additionally provide the readers with at least one copy of the dissertation submitted for evaluation to the Committee for Doctoral Studies.
