It is possible that not all courses of all faculties can be taken by exchange students. You can get more information about this from the partner or from field reports

Please note that in general, the majority of the courses taken must be chosen at the cooperating faculty. At IST, 51% of the courses must still be taken from the Master's program (Civil Engineering) for which you are nominated. Please note that all Bachelor's programs are taught in Portuguese and all Master's programs are taught in English.

The language requirements depend on the language that the chosen courses are held in. Students who only choose courses taught in English do not need to prove Portuguese Language proficiency.
