Teaching: Blended Learning and ETS
Based on the core objectives of the Institutional Strategy for Teaching, RWTH Aachen University has introduced the Exploratory Teaching Space (ETS) as part of the Excellence Competition for Teaching. The aim was to improve the quality of teaching by providing start-up funding for innovative projects.
Overview of current ETS projects
As part of RWTH Aachen University's digitisation strategy, the Faculty of Civil Engineering also launched an Open Educational Resources (OER) initiative. As part of this initiative, various videos on learning content as well as on basic and current research projects in the field of civil engineering are made available on the Faculty's You-Tube channel.
